My daughter just had her braces and expander put in today at the Russell office. They were fast and friendly. Explained everything to her. Made her very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

These are the nicest people that work here. My 8 year old has anxiety about the dentist/ orthodontist anyways but they make everything a feel like a breeze.

The Holmes & Palmer staff answered my request for a Invisalign consult right away, & worked to get me in! I drove to their Huntington office from Charleston to be seen. The front desk, xray tech and clinical coordinator were all amazing, professional and kind. Dr. Holmes was very thorough, honest and patient. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease, addressing the other areas of my dental health (TMJ) were taken care of before just jumping to sell me on anything!! I trust them. What a practice!
