Making a Difference
Our team here at Holmes and Palmer Orthodontics applies compassion, dedication, and knowledge to make a difference in as many lives as possible. We hope to extend our experience and reputation as a local orthodontic practice to help improve our community. Over the years, we have volunteered our time with local organizations including Mel Wolf Child Development Center, Sojourners, Ronald McDonald House, KVC Behavioral Health, Little Victories Animal Shelter, as well as many others. Our team does everything from gardening and cooking meals to playing with animals that need some extra love and attention.
We have found donating time to support individuals in the community is highly beneficial for our team. The act of volunteering provides benefits, both physically and mentally, and gives our team a sense of purpose outside of the office.
Volunteering is a great way to get to know the community, its citizens, and the many different circumstances people are going through. In this way, our team cultivates an open-minded perspective and appreciation of the different walks of life, making us more effective and empathetic people.
Volunteering is a great experience, and at Holmes and Palmer Orthodontics, we believe nothing beats the feeling of giving back and contributing to society!
