I got checked in for my appointment right away. I did not wait more than 5 minutes and I was taken back to have my braces tightened. Everyone that I interacted with that day was super friendly. They explained each step and made me feel very comfortable.

today was my daughters first appointment with the orthodontist side; her and her brother both go to the dentist there for cleanings and ALWAYS been amazing!! today she was very nervous for her first appointment on the ortho side but they made her feel sooo comfortable and everyone had smiles on their faces. we love it here!! both of my kids ask to go early so they can point out all the animals.
